Our dedicated design department comprises skilled designers and engineers who work closely with our purchasing and production teams. This interdisciplinary approach ensures that high-quality standards are meticulously considered from the outset of the design phase, aligning with both our internal benchmarks and customer expectations. With a keen eye for trends and a passion for innovation, we create collections that resonate with style-conscious individuals worldwide.

Sourcing

We deal with specialist suppliers all over the world on a daily basis. Our Sourcing department focuses on finding the right partners, and therefore each one is very carefully selected. JBS Textile Group A/S is also a member of BSCI, (Business Social Compliance Initiative), which is an independent organisation for European companies wanting to ensure responsible working conditions throughout the supply chain. This obligates us, and is part of our code of conduct.

We procure the finest fabrics and components from trusted suppliers around the globe. In most countries, we have long-standing relationships with our suppliers. In China, we also have our own sourcing office.

Through our dynamic sourcing department, we actively seek out new suppliers worldwide, enabling us to embrace novel materials and techniques. This ongoing exploration opens doors to endless possibilities for product enhancement and evolution.

Production

We have been a production company since 1939, and we still are today. Until 2008, we ran our own production operations from our headquarter in Herning, Denmark. However, in 1996, we initiated contract production at VIP in Lithuania, and by 2001, we had acquired VIP, making it a crucial part of our production strategy.

Having our own production facilities enables us to maintain high production standards while benefiting from increased flexibility. This also gives us a competitive edge in procurement, as we have valuable insight into production requirements, timeframes, and materials. Additionally, our in-house facilities have allowed us to achieve an annual production output of several million units.

Precision and efficiency are the cornerstones of our production process. With state-of-the-art facilities and skilled craftsmen, we transform raw materials into exceptional garments with meticulous attention to detail. From cutting-edge technology to time-honored techniques, we employ the best practices to deliver products of high quality.

IT & Logistics

With expertise in product flow management, we handle the entire process seamlessly. From shipping goods to registration in our systems and stocking them in Herning, we ensure efficient logistics every step of the way.

We use electronic data exchange to enable integration with the customer’s IT system, making the job much easier for the customer. Moreover, we offer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) connections for our larger customers, streamlining communication and integration with their IT systems. For smaller customers, we provide invoicing solutions compatible with XML or other automated systems, facilitating integration.

Being able to manage IT-related aspects as well as the physical, logistics aspect of actually handling the product offers great flexibility, benefiting both us and our valued customers.

Sales & Distribution

We have a close cooperation with our customers, and customer input serves as a vital source of inspiration. By understanding customers’ needs and preferences, we tailor our product offerings to align with their specific distribution channels.

Our diverse portfolio encompasses various brands, each strategically positioned across different sales channels, including specialty stores, men’s and women’s clothing stores, chain stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets, DIY stores, department stores, and online platforms.

Whether through contract manufacturing or our extensive stock, we ensure timely delivery of our comprehensive product range to retailers. We are able to deliver on a day-to-day basis, meeting customers’ and retailers’ ever-evolving needs.

Concept

We understand the importance of driving product sales for our customers. That’s why we are constantly brainstorming innovative concept strategies. From eye-catching packaging to engaging point-of-sale materials and dynamic display solutions, we leave no stone unturned in our quest to boost brand visibility.

Our approach to marketing is as diverse as our product range. We tailor marketing strategy to our brands’ unique appeal and target audience, ensuring authenticity and resonance. Our expertise lies in crafting brand strategies that foster strong identities and connections with consumers. With a track record of attention-grabbing marketing campaigns, we are not afraid to push boundaries and embrace new challenges.

Financing

JBS Textile Group A/S is strongly funded. This is evidenced by our AAA rating and AEO certification. AEO, or Authorized Economic Operator, entails not only a strong economy but also a plethora of structured procedures regarding handling, customs, and customs warehouses, all meticulously documented for the Customs and Tax Administration.

We offer various economic agreements tailored to individual customer needs to optimize our business relationships. For instance, we implement proprietary inventory systems and integrate EDI solutions for larger customers in trade transactions.
